Empowering young girls through education

Coming soon – a new program designed to change the lives of girls in the Dominican Republic.

Servants Heart is very concerned about the future of young girls in the Dominican Republic, to ensure that they don’t become at risk as they get older to serious challenges like prostitution and teenage pregnancy. This can be addressed by empowering young girls through educational programs offered in their villages. Servants Heart is currently developing a program to meet this need, called EMPOWER, to be launched in 2012.
